the bed linens had old cigarette holes, which is a lovely touch, right? also, how hard is it to provide an iron? I woudl ve been generous with my review, but the lack of basic comforts was just absurd. frankly, I expect better, especially when I’m paying for a ‘deluxe’ experience.
